How to Book hsbcad Training

Want to get more out of hsbDesign, hsbMake, or another hsbcad product? The fastest way to build your skills is to book official hsbcad training led by our own trainers, covering real workflows in AutoCAD and Revit for offsite timber construction.

This article walks you through finding and booking a training session on hsbacademy.

Trainings are offered both on-site and online. hsbDesign for Revit training, for example, is delivered fully online so no travel needed and can be booked through the portal in exactly the same way as an on-site session.

1. Go to the Training Portal

On hsbcad.academy, click Book a Training in the top navigation bar (or in the footer). This takes you straight to the training overview page at hsbcad.academy/trainings.

2. Browse Available Trainings

The training portal lists all currently scheduled sessions, grouped by product and platform, for example:

• hsbDesign for Revit -> instructor-led, delivered online. You can join from anywhere and book it the same way as any other session.
• hsbDesign for AutoCAD -> instructor-led, delivered on-site at one of our offices.

Each session card shows the key details at a glance, including whether it's online or on-site:

• Date and number of days
• Delivery format (online or on-site) and location, if applicable
• Instructor
• Number of spots remaining
• Registration deadline

New sessions are added regularly, so if you don't see a date that works for you, check back or contact us to ask about upcoming sessions.

3. Open a Session for Full Details

Click View & book on any session card to open its detail page. Here you'll find the full course description (what's covered, module by module), prerequisites (for example, basic Revit or AutoCAD knowledge), and the exact schedule for each day.

4. Book Your Spot

On the session page, use the booking button to reserve your spot.

Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking as soon as a suitable date is confirmed.

5. Cancellations and Changes

If your plans change, you can cancel or transfer your booking:

• Cancel more than 14 days before the training starts: full refund.
• Cancel within 14 days of the start date: non-refundable, but you can transfer your spot to a colleague.
